Ian has worked with Foliage Landscaping for the past 10 years. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to drafting designs, council permits, site surveying & construction design detail. He is also a respected photographer.

Dylan began his landscaping journey working alongside his dad in the family business, where he developed a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for creating outdoor spaces. As one of our landscape apprentices, Dylan is hardworking, self-motivated, and always eager to learn. He picks up new skills quickly and approaches every project with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
A keen footballer, Dylan thrives in a team environment and brings that same collaborative spirit to the Foliage crew. Kind, caring, and a great listener, he's always willing to lend a hand and support those around him. With his dedication, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality, Dylan has a bright future ahead in the landscaping industry.

Darren is a qualified landscaper who brings a strong foundation of experience, skill, and professionalism to the Foliage team. Having completed his apprenticeship with a leading landscape company and later running his own business, Darren understands what it takes to deliver high-quality work from start to finish.
Meticulous with detail, Darren takes great pride in his workmanship and approaches every project with care and precision. Quiet by nature, he is thoughtful, reliable, and always polite, bringing a calm and professional presence to site. His experience, attention to detail, and genuine care for the work make him a valued part of the Foliage team.
Charlie

With extensive experience in landscaping and having run his own business, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the team. Originally from Scotland, he has a deep passion for stonework, making him the go-to guy for anything that requires precision, craftsmanship, and a touch of old-world charm.
When he’s not shaping landscapes, Charlie enjoys a good whiskey, cheering on his favorite rugby union team, and spending time with his daughter—soon to be joined by a new little one on the way! A true professional with a keen eye for detail, Charlie’s expertise and dedication help bring our projects to life, one stone at a time.
James

James, better known as Jimmy, is a skilled labourer who brings reliability, experience, and a calm approach to every project. Originally from the UK, Jimmy has called Australia home for a number of years and previously worked alongside Richo on large commercial landscaping projects before joining the Foliage team.
Quiet by nature but with a great sense of humour, Jimmy is someone you can always count on to get the job done. He takes pride in his work, is always willing to lend a hand, and contributes to the positive culture we value at Foliage. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his dog, Ruby, and making the most of the local lifestyle. His dependable nature and strong work ethic make him a valued member of our team.

Stephen, better known as Richo on site, is one of the driving forces behind our construction team. As an experience qualified Team Leader, he takes immense pride in planning projects, leading by example, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish. His ability to build genuine relationships with clients, contractors, and the team alike creates a positive, collaborative environment on every project.
Richo is a natural problem solver who thrives under pressure and takes ownership of every aspect of the job. His exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes make him an invaluable part of Foliage. Away from work, he's a passionate football fan who enjoys spending time with family and friends. With his caring nature and outstanding leadership skills, Richo is someone both our team and our clients know they can always rely on.
