The brief for this landscape was to incorporate a newly installed concrete pool into a deck area while updating some of the original garden beds so it flowed into the alfresco area at the back of the house. Spotted gum timber was used for the deck, stairs and to recladd existing retaining walls. New turf was installed with bluestone steppers leading to the organic warming area where the family enjoy sitting around the steel fire pit.
The lighting around the pool gives access at night, the pool becomes a feature of its own at night.
This OB timber outdoor shower was created between the pool and backdoor, it is a great addidtion for beach houses.
Spotted gum cladded retaining walls completment the pool and deck area
The OB timber feature screen was installed against the existing boundary fence. The height was increased and installed to pass pool fencing regulations. Up lighting this area creates a feature at night.
